Back to last page Blue View Chalets Challenge: This small condominium chalet development wanted to attract qualified buyers, without setting up a full-time sales office, or spending a lot of money. Solution: Most potential buyers would be Toronto residents who skied in the Blue Mountain area. Rather than attempting to reach them at home, we targeted potential buyers with a billboard situated at the site, adjacent to Blue Mountain and the new Intrawest Village, where they would see it when they skied. We conveyed the chalets' unique selling proposition (fully detached with condominum amenities and the ability to design your own space) with headlines alongside an artist's rendition of the site. We also prepared a fully-informative website and brochure to provide the details that would further interest them in the homes. The billboard directed them to the website, as did small ads in local ski club newsletters. Back to last page |
