Marketing tip of the week


Avoid broken links and lost visitors

Visitors to your website who click on one of your links to get relevant information, but only get, “the page cannot be displayed,” are not going to be impressed. At least 20 percent of links that are a year or more old are out of date. Test your links on a regular basis to ensure they’re operational, or automate the process. If you have a lot of hyperlinks on your site, look into software such as Link-Checker-Pro or LinkScan to keep you updated on broken links.
